E14: Navy Special Ops (EOD) Tod Neal on Veteran Transitions After Over 560 Combat Missions

Tod Neal is a true American Hero. After growing up in a youth home in Louisiana, Tod forged his own way as a highly decorated U.S. Navy Master Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Operator. During his 30-year career, he completed 10 deployments, 6 combat tours, diffused 360 Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) and over 560 combat missions that included accompanying the Navy Seals, Army Special Forces and served 3 U.S. Presidents. He has earned over 20 awards and accommodations including 3 Purple Hearts, 3 Bronze Stars with Valor, and the elite Navy & Marine Corp Medal for heroism.

Tod sits down with Ameritocracy host Troy Edgar to talk about the fascinating and often unsung work that the EOD Special Operations team performs as well as the various aspects of the veteran transition, including the skills and experience veterans bring to the table in the commercial sector.
